Kyle and the crew at this Spirit Leaf are absolute legends. Their customer service is top notch - they know their products and genuinely care about making sure you have the best experience possible. I live on the west side but will travel across the bridge just to see these guys and re-up on my meds.

Love this store!! Great products and love love the customer service!! Nicole, Mariah, Marissa , Jericho, and the lovely new girl (sorry forgot her name) as we only met once so far! Tarik and Gary. Very helpful with suggestions and checking packaging dates for me! It’s so wonderful to be greeted by name in person & on ordering in advance. Always have a smile on their faces. You Even put up with my senior Mom who comes in & drops a joke or two!! lol!! Thanks for the great service and products. Keep up the fresh herb and keep up the great stock. Every time I go into spirit, I’m always faced with a friendly face and they always know exactly what I want! I appreciate and adore every last employee there! They are amazing!

I wanted to give a good review but unfortunately they only deserve 1 star. The selection is sparse and the staff does not have an indication of what is what. I came to this store in the way to Lake Country and was unable to find any of my favourite edibles and the packages they had in stock were mostly indica. Please update your selection.

After buying 3 vape carts here every week for the last couple months, I finally have one that's defective, shooting burning hot oil all over inside my mouth. I kept my receipt and packaging but was completely denied any kind of compensation, even half off of a new one. I was offered 10% off, but you get 10% off concentrates here every Saturday anyway. I will take my business and $$ elsewhere.
